About me
Sara Dean is a Keynote Speaker, Certified Facilitator, and Executive Coach. A coach for over 20 years, Sara helps women leaders and their teams advance their leadership resiliency, thought leadership, and communication confidence. She has spoken for and coached leaders at Google, Amazon, Microsoft, the City of Seattle, and numerous other organizations. Sara provides her audiences with practical tools to be more intentional, impactful, and inclusive leaders and teammates. When Sara is not working inside organizations, she is hosting her podcast, Shameless Leadership. Sara holds certification in DEI in Talent Development through the Association of Talent Development, is a member of the Institute for Equity-Centered Coaching, and is currently attaining her Masters in Organizational Leadership at Gonzaga University.
