About me
For years as an industrial engineer and facilitating process improvement projects, I asked others "Why do you do what you do?" and many more "Whys" after that. This question lead to new ways of movement, thinking and elevated performance of systems. I enjoyed connecting with amazing people and together we got to enrich our lives and lives of those around us.
After 20 years of asking others why, I finally asked myself the question, "Why do I do what I do?". Followed by an even bigger question "What is my purpose in life?". I gave myself permission to pause and discover the answer that was living within me.
This journey lead to forming SPARK Creations, a heart based coaching and consulting organization that inspires individuals, teams and organizations to live and lead from their essence. We inspire people and companies to create meaningful cultures and workplaces. We are on a quest to reinstate love through creating and inspiring loving human connections at work and at home.
I am still an industrial engineer at heart and have always believed in people first, then processes. I specialize in FLOW execution in aligning strategic goals with business processes by integrating project management, risk management, people potential techniques, and resource optimization. I use my own style of LEAN management methodologies and creative process re-engineering, and am committed to empowering those I work with which delivers sustainable results.
