Jaiya Varshney is a co-founder of Tydra Labs, a materials innovation company leveraging biotechnology to transform waste into valuable, sustainable products. Coming from a background in impact investing, she is deeply passionate about sustainability and driving innovative solutions to global environmental challenges.
Why I want to be a panellist: As a young founder, I’ve often experienced imposter syndrome, but I’ve learned that embracing the challenge is part of the journey. Being a speaker at the Women In Tech Regatta Gala is an opportunity to inspire young female entrepreneurs to trust their abilities, take bold steps, and pursue their visions fearlessly, no matter how daunting it may feel.
