She believes a company works best when everyone feels supported and heard, leading to natural creativity and innovation. Under her leadership, Tiny Ghost Studios has become a place where team members can truly be themselves while doing their best work. She encourages everyone to embrace their curiosity and ask "what if?" – challenging the conventional ways of doing things. When she isn't working, or thinking about work (which is rare), you'll find her tending to her garden, writing stories, or taking walks with her beloved dogs.
