Minnie is the founder and executive director of Impact Weaving where she offers executive and career coaching. She supports both experienced and emerging leaders to navigate leadership through strategies to enhance their leadership and decision making skills. Her coaching approach is grounded in the belief that it is possible to create a career that fulfils both passion and is aligned with one's core values.
Minnie has a degree in business and technology and a master's in international relations.
