About me
With over 15 years of coaching, leadership, facilitation, and community-building experience I approach life with curiosity, kindness, and an open mind. I consider myself a lifelong learner and knowledge seeker who enjoys learning about intercultural leadership, intercultural communication, social justice, anti-racism and how we can bring communities together.
As a certified executive coach who is passionate about leadership, anti-racism and anti-oppression, I work with leaders who are continuing their EDI journey and are committed to fostering more inclusive organizations. I bring a compassionate, safe and fun experience to my coaching sessions. I work in partnership to hold space for leaders to be held capable and accountable as they navigate their personal and organizational challenges to become a more inclusive workplace for all to have a sense of belonging.
Being someone who understands the value of community building and working collectively, I founded Affirming Community Together (ACT) by Vidal to continue uniting community members and amplifying the great work that often goes unnoticed.
Finally, I am the author of a best-selling book on Amazon, "You Only Need One Good Egg, Manifesting A Miracle,” and a speaker on topics such as inclusive leadership, fertility, entrepreneurship, and intercultural communication
