SCHED IS YOUR TICKET!
We use Sched as our platform to check you into your preferred sessions. There are no paper tickets here—all sessions are in-person only and will not be streamed or recorded.

• Create your itinerary: Update your profile and see who else is attending.

• Login: Use the email address from your Eventbrite purchase.

• Check-In: Our Regatta crew will check you in at each session.

• Mobile App: If you’re using the Sched app, make sure you have the latest event info downloaded.

  • Go to Sched → My Account → Scroll down → Refresh all data.

Important: We recommend whitelisting the domains @witregatta.com and @sched.com to ensure all communications reach your inbox.

• Instructions:
  Take the elevator up to the 15th floor; the main doors are there.

• Note:
  Visitor pets are not permitted; registered service dogs are exempt. 🐾

  The entrance is on the corner of Georgia and Homer under the 399 sign.

• Check-In:

  • Check in at the main lobby with a government-issued ID.

  • Wear your Amazon-issued visitor badge visibly at all times.

  • Expect a line at security; please be patient.

  • Aim to arrive by 9:20 AM to make the 10 AM sessions.

  • Note: Entry is not permitted after 5 PM.

• Amenities:
  Snacks, drinks, coffee, and tea will be served on the 8th Floor. ☕🍪

• Street Parking:
  Pay parking is available on nearby streets (2-hour limits).

• Parking Garage:
  Pay parking is located on P1 or P2, accessible from Hamilton Street. Follow the signs for Loblaws City Market. (Maps) 🅿️

• Visitor Pets:
  Visitor pets are not permitted in Amazon Corporate offices; registered service dogs are exempt. Due to high attendance and congestion, nearby dog parks may not be easily accessible.

• Film/Photography:
  A photographer will be onsite during the event. Personal photography is prohibited outside the meeting spaces (no photos of security, lobby turnstiles, or workstations).

• Amazon Escorts:
  All visitors must be escorted at all times outside the secured event venue. If you need to leave the secured area (e.g., the café or outdoor spaces), please speak with an Amazon employee or security guard.

• No Smoking:
  Amazon is a smoke/vape/substance-free zone, including the patios. If you need to step outside, please request an escort from an Amazonian or security guard to the main lobby. 🚭
