About me
I’m a digital transformation and innovation leader with a passion for using technology to drive better healthcare outcomes. With over 15 years of experience in digital health, I’ve led large-scale transformation initiatives across healthcare delivery organizations, government agencies, and the private sector. My expertise spans strategic planning, program management, enterprise change management, product management, and the responsible implementation of emerging technologies. I’ve built and led high-performing product management and project delivery teams, designed and executed provincial-level digital health strategies, and navigated complex regulatory environments to drive meaningful, human-centered change within our health system. Beyond my professional work, I’ve been actively involved in BC digital health community leadership over the last 10 years through Hacking Health, Healthcare Experience Design Vancouver (HxD), and the HIMSS British Columbia Chapter - mentoring, facilitating knowledge sharing, delivering events and educational offerings, and supporting emerging innovators.Right now, I’m particularly interested in AI’s role in healthcare and how we can ensure its responsible and human-centered implementation. I’m excited to connect with others who are passionate about AI, human-centered design, digital transformation, innovation, social impact projects, or who are working in (or interested in) the healthcare space.
