About me
Ana has over 20 years of experience in building and leading high performing software teams through all phases of product development. She is passionate about promoting and inculcating a quality and customer-centric mindset in the teams she leads. Ana is an active mentor and leadership coach for Women in Tech and Girls in STEM in the Vancouver area. She also serves as the Executive sponsor for the Women’s ERG at Hootsuite.
